Jack Valenti, long-time president of the MPAA, has passed away. Thankfully, Wikipedia is on the story:
It's really sad to see butt cancer claim another life, but I will always remember him for his tireless fight against the VCR: "I say to you that the VCR is to the American film producer and the American public as the Boston Strangler is to the woman home alone."
