Boumiedine v. Bush

Tomorrow, the Supreme Court will hear the case of Boumiedine v. Bush. Lakmar Boumiedine and several other detainees will challenge the legality and Constitutionality of their indefinite detention at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba. Marty Lederman goes over the issues here.
