Sen. Lugar (R-IN), the ranking Republican on the Foreign Relations Committee, just announced his endorsement of Sen. Obama (D-IL) for President. Back in 2006, the two men teamed up to pass the bipartisan Lugar-Obama non-proliferation bill.
